Add "Insert Citation" button to WYSIWYG

I like to use the <cite> tag on my blog, and, being a blog, citations are very common, so it would be great to be able to select text and apply this tag with a click, instead of having to go into code mode and type it all out.

Just found the advanced mode of TinyMCE too (ctrl-v in Firefox on a Mac). It could be added to this part of the toolbar if it's seen as not popular enough for the main toolbar.

I agree, this is a good idea. We should encourage more semantic code.

It would be nice to have a hook into the WYSIWYG toolbar, that way you can add buttons via plugging.
