Add a field to hold attribution info

    There is currently no good way to add attribution information to a media file. I suggest adding an additional info field for attribution to the 3 current info fields (title/description, caption, alt text).

    Many people use one of these existing fields for the attribution info, but that means they are misusing the field and unable to use it for its designated purpose. For example, if you use the alt text field for an attribution, then someone with a screen-reader won't learn what the photo is, just who took it or where it came from.

    Attribution is important and can sometimes keep people out of trouble, so doing something simple like this to encourage site owners to do the right thing is a good thing.

    I think WordPress should provide a standard place for the information and themes or plugins should manage the display of the information.

    There are four fields:

    * Title
    * Caption
    * Alt Text
    * Description

    http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/image-meta-data-101-title-caption-alt-text-and-description/ explains how you can use that more than just to show on the attachment page too.

    It would be really awesome feature! WordPress needs to envolve to a modernistic Content Management System with a great multilingual support in core.
