2 different searches: Global, Context

At the moment, the frontend is somewhere between global and context. It is not context-specific and can't be limited thus, but at the same time, it doesn't search everything (e.g. comments).

WP should have 2 search box widgets:

    Global search
More on the lines of the current search, with additional scope, e.g. to include comments, custom posts, etc.

    Context search
Search in all pages, or all posts, or a particular CPT (e.g. forums, events, places, etc), or within a category, etc.

WordPress needs better search, as a whole. But there are lots of plugins that make search work a lot better already. Take a look at those, like Search Everything.

I agree with this feature, searching on wordpress needs to be improved , research must allow the user a special experience. make a separation between a global search on all content and a specific search (comments, custom post...)
