Been on BigCommerce for 5 years. Support has gotten terrible. I'm hiring a consultant to help me with WooCommerce, a much better move in the long run.

beAutomated rewrote this Plugin in partnership with Katz Web Services. The new partnership promises to bring better attention, support, and features to this Plugin.
Hosted shopping carts, in particular Bigcommerce, are vastly superior than self hosted products; for starters in terms of security, performance, and all of the administrative controls and integrations that Bigcommerce provides.
