If you run WordPress in multisite mode and if you need (like i do) to enable plugins blog by blog then this plugin might interest you. Once activated, you'll find the Plugins Enabler link into the plugins menu and you'll be able to select a blog and choose the plugins it can use. Exclude plugins by itx inspired this plugin. the main difference is that itx's plugin enables or disables plugins for all blogs in your network (which is great too !).
