This is a great plugin. We evaluated using services like ConstantContact but the benefit of having an archive of the newsletter right on your site is tremendous. In addition, customer support has been very responsive. They resolved my issue in less than 24 hours. The knowledge base is very extensive as well. These folks know what they are doing. Keep up the good work!

Very good newsletter plugin and easy to get working. Has all the basic functions to create, manage and send newsletters to our subscribers. The WYSIWYG editor is a breeze.

I was searching for an alternative to MailChimp and came across Wysija. Where MailChimp fails in its intuitive, user-friendly interface, Wysija succeeds! Though I initially had trouble with the widget, I soon found that a few of my other plug-ins were conflicting and deleted them. (Check for conflicts with things like W3 Total Cache or others.) The widget then worked fabulously!

I also use Magic Action Box for a more customized look and, again, I had trouble initially with the widget. Once I deleted other plug-ins and changed the theme (look at themes if you are having issues), that now works beautifully!

It pays to keep your plug-ins at a minimum and also check for conflicts if you are having any issues. Problem solved! Love the result! Couldn't be better!!! Definitely... 5 stars!

BTW: Wysija has GREAT customer service. I emailed my issue and they were more than happy to help me solve it. Thanks Ami and Ben!
