Why or why didn't I look at reviews before I download this piece of junk? Wasted several days trying to make it work, but 1) you need a static ip address, 2) an SSL certificate, and 3) an application that works. The meager documentation doesn't mention the first two issues anywhere. Bought a Quick Books add-on but their cart on their site didn't work...that should have told me something. And the fact that they're selling everything at a 90% discount should have alerted me too. To top it all off, the cart is UGLY! Do yourself a favor and go get WooCommerce. More features, much better user interface, elegant cart easily tailored to match your site, and it works. I'm an idiot, but developer Jeff is dishonest, in my opinion. He's happy to take your money (and time) knowing it doesn't work.
I chose this ecommerce solution because it allows payments using QBMS. I have bought the premium version twice as well as the payments add-on plugins. There have been problems which slowly get fixed with updates, but individual customers seem to be of NO CONCERN to

There is no up-to-date documentation and my repeated requests for information have never been answered.
I'm willing to pay for support but I won't pay $99 until the author communicates with me.
So far this has been a very poor experience.

I've had to make a couple of edits to the files because I wanted display categories in white and the option is not available in the widget, but in the code. I was told to create a new widget, which I will attempt, but in the meantime I've documented my changes in case an update to the cart is released.
I've also documented edits to the pictures for the categories as a test to ensure that it would work. When I create the new widget, I will have a separate folder for these images.
Currently my widget for the cart does not have the buttons in it that are needed like on there site. However, currently I'm running on Windows, but am changing to Linux. I hope this will resolve the issue.
The basic function of the cart is perfect, and beats the other carts that I've looked at. I will be purchasing the Pro version of this shopping cart after I've finished with the testing phase. So far everything seems perfect. Thank you for a wonderful shopping cart.

Been using this plugin for a couple of years now (full version paid for) because it works far better than any others.
The area where you can create a custom field pops under so you cannot access it. If you had one in the past there is no way to edit it. You have to delete and make a new one.
Ideally one should be able to make a custom field and be able to apply it to more than one product if you wanted to.
I'd use it for SKU numbers among other things. Unless of course the developer can get an SKU field in there for us.
If this gets worked out really fast I'll certainly give a higher rating and a thumbs up.
The free version doesn't work as described and it would seem that purchasing the upgrade will help. This is not true.
Do not fall for purchasing this product. There is no support at all for it. Wish I had heeded the others warnings. Shipping options did not work correctly. Certain items were not even viewable as they appeared to load behind other items. I wanted to like this product, but it just does not function as stated. Last blog update was over a year again. I paid and then tried to get my money back. Amazingly the creator responded to Paypal to keep his money, but can't be bothered with support requests. Do not waste your time.
Anyone else notice that the 5 star reviews are on the same day and say basically the same thing which is the exact opposite of what everyone else is saying?
This plugin is a fantastic thought, but needs to be updated on a regular basis. As a full pro member since the beginning (I am member #8) I could really never get all the features to work in full production. Now I am having the same issues. It took over a month to get the basics working for my client (The Tanologist Store) to be able to sell anything. Now i have a bunch of tickets in for things that need attention. The first ticket was submitted on April 26th and it is May 9th right now.
Thinking on having a cart plugin like this that works Built and maintained with support.
We have been using the cart on our site for a year and need to be able to update to the latest version. In order to do that, we also need to get the updated version of the pro plugins we paid for. Tried to login and create ticket but system won't let us. Contacted support email address upwards near 10 to 15 times but to no avail. The last email even said simply that we need our pro plugin updates and he still hasn't sent them.
Again, excellent product but don't expect to get good support even if you pay for the pro version.
I have to say, I have never had such quick support! I asked a question and within 5 minutes had an email asking me for more details, then just as quickly had my final answer. Amazing!
The store itself is fantastic. There are a lot of options to configure, but that is what gives it so much flexibility. I think this is what scares some people off... but once you get it "dialed-in" it does everything you could ask it to. Maybe the author could create a "light" version for the timid. For me it is just the way I want it right now.

I was searching online forever trying to get an easy solution to manage my online store, use paypal and calculate the shipping costs depending on where the customer lived. This plugin did all that and it was very inexpensive! Using the store cart is very easy as well. I had a simple issue, emailed support and literally within minutes they emailed me back and I was up and running. The store on my website looks professional and was up and running in minutes. What more can you ask for?

The fancy graphics get in the way, please update this so people who use this? gets in faster...
If your not spending your time trying to load up the graphics, your spending your time trying to get combo packs to be included in products and it does not show up in the downloads?
You have to refresh your browser cache every time you want to add a client to a product, sometimes this just works but %95 of the time spending time clearing cashe just to see a new update, for
making the store display just right!

Still yet to see the combo packs working, I guess you will be spending your time adding thousands of products to members manually.
I have screwed up and bought this one item, and found out I re purchased the same thing when I bought there combo pack for everything, I kindly asked for a refund for the blooper and they refuse to give refunds at all period. so what you see it was you get, I hope you keep your products cheap or less you be ringing in bigger trouble.
