The free version of this plugin is USELESS. What problem is this plugin trying to solve ? Nothing!
Very nice plugin, and its very easy to create and customize form,
WeDevs's support forum doesn't acknowledge if your post have been submitted or not when you are posting some request for help.
Plugin is buggy: my guest post users couldn't upload video since the plugin kept on asking the user to upload a video - after he selected and uploaded it ...
When contacting them by e-mail, CEO sends you a reply insinuating that you are not a customer.
Money (and time) wasted trying this plugin although it looked like a great plugin before purchasing it
I use it with Register Plus Redux and Login with Ajax
I wrote a longer comment in "support area". This works well with having Woocommerce to have users do more front-end. Very helpful to allow first time visitors to site to write articles to be held pending for review. Many things I like about this plug in. Thank you for the plug-in and all of our hard work! Laura Lee

Very helpful to allow first time visitors to site to write articles to be held pending for review. As a tip, I will add, I added having the admin bar show all the time. I set up users to be contributors restricted to one category that I established for this guest posting. So, I combined this plugin with category restrict... and this way I personally am allowing users to use the dashboard if they want. (It is just ezier for first time visitors to easily use this plug-in to write an article front-end. More user friendly for guests to my site.) Many things I like about this plug in. We have purchased the Pro DEVELOPER Version (even though we are only utilizing one single install) of the plugin which advertises PRIORITY SUPPORT and that typically you only have to wait about 24 hours. We have been waiting for about 20 days now and still NOTHING! We have posted in the Pro Support area of the forum and everyone else's posts get answered including the free version support threads but ours is completely ignored. We've bumped the thread multiple times and still been completely ignored. Not a single response. You can see for yourself here:
Their dates on their forum posts even appear to be incorrect.
Even more interesting is if you look at their Facebook page reviews you will notice that some of their positive reviews come from their own staff! Very misleading...
We DO NOT like to leave negative reviews for developers and I'm not sure I've ever done such a thing in the past. I try to only leave positive reviews and pay for premium plugins even if I don't need their extra features just so that we can have the premium support. But as you can see in my post I gave them great opportunity to at least acknowledge my thread before I leave any negative reviews and they completely disregarded us anyways.
I don't care about a refund in any way. I don't care about writing bad reviews and making the developer look bad. I only care about getting the support I paid for and not being ignored. Provide us support immediately and I'll be glad to consider removing my review here if WP.org allows us but otherwise this is just too bad as we really liked your product.
