Full screen background slideshow in any page/post, with images from WP Media Gallery, NextGEN Gallery, Flickr, Picasa, Smugmug, folder, or XML file
Cant be faulted looks the same on most platforms, is v stable and looks great.
After spending a good half hour playing around with the setting and becoming familiar with all the different functionalities of this, seemingly impressive plugin, discovered that when choosing which page to display my flickr slideshow, it just showed a loading icon and nothing else...!!
Not impressed people...what the heck....am I doing something wrong here...correct me if I am. Would love to get this working, but do not want to further waste my time if it doesn't...!!!
First of all, it is not working correctly. I could see the image briefly for a second, but it disappears directly or is hidden. This may be a problem with my theme though.
The reason I give only one star is that it added another div section at the bottom of my page, that displays advertisement (an image-slider with a link to some page). See: wpsupersizedhiddenadd.jpg
Deleted it directly after seeing that, not the way to go. ;(
Love this plugin! I did lots of custom CSS to make it look current, so now really happy. BUT... for some reason WP Supersize DOES NOT recognize NextCellent plugin. Works good with NextGen 1.9.13.
It works with multisite when you set display on every sub sites. I choosed Error 404 pages to show this plugin to turn off Warning messages on other sub sites (I only use this pugin on one sub site).
The level of support for this plugin is shocking. The plugin is clearly broken yet many of us, including myself are left without any sort of support.
This is one of my favorite plugins. I said nearly perfect because it does not include ALT and TITLE attributes for the images and that is very important to search engines.
Besides that it is simple to configure and use...great work.
Excellent plugin. And studded with features. Most appealing is the flexibility to add in posts and pages in almost any combination including those of categories and tags.
Testing it completely will take some time, but haven't figured only one thing so far: shortcodes and adding code in templates. Wonder if its possible? Or is this only a background slider?
Easy Install, multiple options, works great!!
