WP SMTP
WP SMTP can help us to send emails via SMTP instead of the PHP mail() function.
We decided to turn off php mail function and replace with this plugin. Works great and the outgoing e-mails not going into the Junk mailbox.

All smtp server of microsoft's mails are "smtp.live.com", such as "live.com" "outlook.com" "hotmail.com"...
