WP Page Numbers
A simple paging navigation plugin for users and search engines. Instead of next and previous page it shows numbers and arrows. Settings available.
This is an old and not longer mantained pugin, but it still works with wp 3.5.1 and is one of the best pagination plugins if you're looking to SEO performance, infact it does not duplicate URLs for the first page, an important feature that seems to be ignored to all others paginations plugins.
I give 4 and not 5 stars just because
- it's no longer mantained
- it is not localized
- default css must be overwritten with !important rule
but excluding these small issues wp page numbers is the pagination plugin of my choice
