This plugin uses the Minify engine to combine and compress JS and CSS files to improve page load time.
The plugin works as expected, but there are a few issues:
1. A warning is generated that is_feed is called incorrectly. This is only with debug mode on, and doesn't break anything, but hopefully will be fixed in the next update. This is the only plugin (out of 13) which is giving any sort of warnings/notices.
2. The script tries to include off-site resources. But it fails, and breaks the entire css/js file causing the page to look like there is no stylesheet. You have to manually exclude these for the plugin to work. Why is there no error checking before a script is included? Can't a script be ignored if it fails to be combined & minified? I would love a checkbox to ignore third-party hosted resources
A very usefull plugin. Didn't find something else after HOURS OF SEARCHING. Just install->click and indeed it reduces a lot of kb and speeds up my site. Very easy yo use also!
Seems to work, still testing.
VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY GOOD
my website 300x more fast
my site have 300 kb.... after is plugin...now 100kb.
Works great to speed up the loading time of my website, but I'm now using W3 Total Cache which makes this plug-in redundant. Many thanks!
This Plugin instantly helped my page load much more quickly.
Great! I tried other similar plugins but got problems with the comments into the scripts causing errors when compressed, but this plugin seems to deal great with those cases.
Really Good plugin mostly in case when u have restrictions over cache content, The options plugin has provided (I like the most is- Support for exclude-include minifying external js such as js from social links) are awesome.
It does exactly what it says and its incredibly easy to use.
