This plugin is a lifesaver. It allows me to add documentation to the dashboard, where my clients need it most. Saves my clients (and me) time and frustration. I have not tried the sync feature (no two of my sites are alike) but everything else about this plugin is a dream come true!.
Hint: If you use any video help (you tube tutorials, for example) it is as easy to add them here as it is for pages and posts!

I use this for all of my new client sites to document instructions specific to their site. Simple and works great!
