Stops subscribers seeing dashboard and toolbar

Does what it says on the tin. Is a very easy way to select which roles can be blocked from seeing the admin pages, and you can choose whether and where to have them redirected. I have blocked Subscribers, and if they try to access the wp-admin page they are returned to the Front page.
