WHMCS Bridge is a plugin that integrates the powerfull WHMCS support and billing software with WordPress.
I really like the features I see with this plugin, but I need it to work "out of the box" with Elegant Themes Divi Theme. If the developers of this plugin make it Divi compatible, I will gladly subscribe to the Pro version and upgrade my preliminary rating.
Works very well in non ssl mode, but problems in SSL mode as it mangles the URL up ie:
Update: Managed to fix this using the WordPress HTTPS plugin and forcing exclusive SSL
This plugin is amazing! Perfect solution for integrating WHMCS and WordPress. Great support as well! I purchased the Pro version so I could use a template I purchased that was responsive and they work together beautifully. Thank you Zingiri for all your hard work!
Thanks a lot for this!! This saved me days of coding whmcs template!!
Best WHMCS integration plugin, period.
Once it is all good, or close to what you want, go buy a PRO license to tie it off. All this is worth it to have one seamlessly integrated front end.
Oh and tech support is superb. They only answer tickets from M-F 9-5 CET (Central EUROPEAN Time), but they sure get things done. They were able to turn around a fix for a performance issue I found in less than 8 hours!
Revised review. Yes a brilliant plugin but you need the paid version for it to work correctly, so buy it and save yourself hours trying to get it working.
Support and documentation very limited even for the paid version which is very disappointing.
If we offered that level of support to our hosting customers, we would be out of business! I get the impression this is a young company with very limited retail experience, caught up in the typical 'get back to you in 48 hours' mentality.
Oh yes, no support on weekends either so do not install it on a Friday just in case you cannot get it working.
I hope to be able retract this review if this company lifts its' game!
And excellent support with pro version. Slick integration with single sign on lets you provide WordPress support in one place along with the rest of your clients.
It was a toss up between another paid bridging plugin with a monthly support fee, or this one. Unfortunately I went with the other one when I should have gone with this one, but I thought I would need the extra support. It works great and was very easy to set up.
After days of hassling support on the other plugin; who seem to have given up on me and have put me in the too hard basket (and telling me that my WordPress install must be weird), I decided to try this one out thinking I would get the same unsuccessful result. Glad I was wrong.
Definitely going to get the paid premium version of this plugin. Thanks heaps for getting me out of a bind.
After attempting a few other solutions to integrating WordPress with WHMCS, I found this plugin far and above the easiest to work with.
