VM Backup Works Perfectly

Don't have FTP access; wanted to do as comprehensive a backup as possible via the WordPress admin control panel before I upgraded to WordPress v3.5.
VM Backup backs up plugins, themes, and database also. Keeps a backup on the hosting but also can send a backup to an email address.
Really good.
