To show custom post type in side bar, I suggest it as the best. Almost other plugins have more downloads, but not work for me. Now there is no any other good sidebar widget to show custom post type. Almost are discontinuing developments. So it have a better space. We can use this to filter our recent post areas in a wider level.

This one is perfect one and easy to use. Thanks for developer.

nice options, good support for custom post types, I just tailored the layout with custom CSS to make it fit my theme.

few suggestions:

• add even - odd classes to the generated list, so that css can alternate rows layout (since CSS:nth-of-type is not widely supported)
• add option to display sticky posts on top, and then non sticky posts below, up to the given total amount of displayed posts
• allow (option) to remove the "button" class on the "more button", to display it as simple link

... I could use an option to show only non-stickies as well as only stickies.

I would like the widget to display all stickies followed by most recent non-stickies.

Needed a plugin that would list post an a category. This plugin enabled me to do just that with an array of option. More ideas of what could be done in future project came while using it.
