For Headway, it's ok but missing some important aspects
By , for WP 3.6

Quick access to all hooks present in Headway

and

Infinite customization in infinite combinations.

This is not quite correct. You cannot target individual blocks by ID, so the hooks are useful for global customizations but this is rather limiting.

Fortunately you can use your own PHP, but then you can also just as well use a Headway Custom Code block, or a child theme without the need for another plugin..

Unfortunately my requests for more information have not been answered, and now I am worried that the plugin is not being kept updated.

It works in 3.6, but for how long?

That is not to say I don't appreciate what it does, it is very handy and I like it a lot, but is missing some important functionality.

This is a real time-saver - very simple and effective.

Love It

After using Thesis for nearly a year, I am now getting a full appreciation for what a great tool it is and how valuable this plugin is.

Finally an easy way to insert ads where I want them
By , for WP 3.5

No more sifting though the theme code trying to locate the best spot for the ad! (And some themes don't make it easy either.) So, for me the solution is Thesis with OpenHook on my http://buildawebsiteacademy.com/. The previous comment about updating the plugin concerns me a bit, so I'll see how it goes when there is a time for an upgrade.

Works well with some warnings
By , for WP 3.5

I've used OpenHook for a while.

It certainly does the job and I've got no complaint with that.

My only warning to new users is to make sure you read the documentation each time before you update this plugin. There are commonly instructions that you need to follow for everything to continue working.

Because of that I've actually started using this plugin less and trying to phase out my dependency on it.
