This is a wonderful plugin and should be used by everyone that has a WordPress website.
Essential for theme development.
Just one thing to be aware of, if you have an empty style.css, the plugin layout (on the wp-admin/themes.php?page=themecheck page) will look slightly broken until you add theme information to the style.css file.
...if you're a developer/designer that is.
Theme-Check is not just great for Theme developers, but also for WordPress users who can check any Theme before they actually use it.
This comes particularly handy for anything that was downloaded outside of the Theme Directory.
