I'm using it with WP 3.5.x without problems.

I was really amazed how easy it was to set up an account and implement the plugin into my wordpress-site. (http://www.snap-360.nl)
Live Chat worked right after I filled in the account information in the plugin-settings.

Casengo has a free 1 user license, is very easy to implement on your website and has a very easy back-end in which you can assign chat requests to multiple operators if you would like.

Had some conflicts with my site's existing scripts but issues were resolved lightning speed. :)

Nice and fast to implement. One remark: It should be nice after activation to show a messages so you can jump directly to the settings.

This is a wonderful customer service application....very intuitive and great usability! And the best it is for free (first user) :)

My workload went down and the online conversion rate went up through better customer interaction.

1) Took me 3 minutes to create an account at casengo
2) To get started was very easy and intuitive.
3) The combination of email, live chat and social media support is powerful

Have used many different live chat services...Desk.com, Clickdesk, UserVoice..... Casengo is for me the best.
