Amazon S3 for WordPress with CloudFront
Uploads your wordpress attachements to S3 with an option CloudFront distribution
Works (heroku too)
It works, needs better documentation though, although the process is very easy, just go into your wp-admin options panel and look for amazon s3 after you activate the plugin. Also it does work with heroku but you must edit the config_sample.php to use your aws settings then you can push to your wordpress app.
