not working properly and no help from the support
By , for WP 3.9.1

i installed the plugin but, then i accessed the site in the incognito mode, when to the comments section, clicked "You can also subscribe without commenting." and it took me to an empty page with the text:
"Oops! Page not found.
Sorry but the page you looking for cannot be found.
Better to go home"

same happens when i'm logged in as admin and click on "You can manage the subscriptions of this post."

i posted this in the support forum 2 days ago but still no reaction

Something's wonky!
By , for WP 3.9

I have been using this plugin for years and while it does indeed send out notifications of comments to users, our users often complain about not being able to manage their settings. Either they have broken links or empty pages with nothing displayed. Though not everyone seems to see the same thing. I also have people who complain about receiving notifications to posts they are no longer subscribed to or even multiple notifications for the same post.

This could certainly be an anomaly but I did find several references to other folks having similar issues with no resolution. As always, it could be something weird with my particular configuration on my server but who knows. Either way, if it's inconvenient for my users, I have no choice but to disable the plugin.
