Tips work fine - but I miss a print routine

Thanks for this fine plugin. I have two problems so: 1. the Turkish letter ı doesn't show ('?' come instead) 2. is there a way there implement a print routine for the tip?

Thanks for fixing the bugs that were arising with HTML tags in the manual tip entry feature (which I really prefer rather than creating and uploading a file). I have not checked to see whether my previous problems with uploading a file have been resolved, but that's less important to me now that the manual entry is working better.

Works fine, but tips can be managed only by admin

Tips are displayed in sequence, a new one every day, on a given date or on a given weeday (Monday-tip, tuesaday-tip etc.). Several lists of tips can be made and displayed on diferent articles. Tips can be defined one by one or by uploading a CSV-file.

Only admin can manage tips. This should be possible for editor.
