This is an abandoned plugin, zero wordpress 3.5 support, doesn't work with 3.5. Plugin requires extra tweaking just to function correctly.
This widget works great for counting Facebook page likes. The Twitter followers code needs a little tweaking to work correctly (see the support forum for a work around.
If the added code for Twitter from the support forum were added and if Feedburner would be removed from this plugin/widget this would easily be five star review.
Either way, it is still the best looking openly available subscriber widget on wordpress.org.
