Automatically re-publishes blogposts to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Blogger, Tumblr, Delicious, Plurk, etc profiles and/or pages
I love the idea of this plugin. However, I'm still trying to get it to work with Facebook at this time. I am having several issues that I have specifically outlined in a support request. I contacted support 22 February 2014, and have sent a few more contacts with latest testing results. Today is 5 March 2014 and still no reply. Not even, "We received your ticket and we're looking into it." I must say that is extremely disappointing.
I realize this is a free plugin, and therefore support may not be immediate. However, I think weeks going by with no response at all is unacceptable. I was considering buying the Premium version, although now I'm forced to try to find another plugin since this one is buggy for some reason and I'm getting no help.
I'm running this on client accounts, not a silly personal blog, so this needs to work and I need to get help resolving specific issues in a timely manner when it doesn't.
Anyone know of any Nextscript alternatives that work well from personal experience having installed and used with Facebook? I'm open to recommendations. Thank you.
Nice plugin but not suitable for high traffic, 50 posts per day, website
A nice-plugin with invaluable features, but one that needs a reasonable level of support from time to time. Initially the support was great, but it has gone drastically downhill to the point that we've had Support Tickets open for almost six (6) weeks with zero response/resolution/apologies for delay. Recommend strongly against installing or using this Plug-in until Support gets it's act together.
Supposed you only want to update your Twitter and Google+ status when posting, it's not really worth the hassle. Google+ doesn't work at all (upgrade to "Pro", surprise, surprise...) and for sending a simple tweet now and then the plugin is clearly overdimensioned.
