Amazing Plugin and Amazing Support
By , for WP 3.9.1

I just wanted to say that plugin is working great. Then I saw some people mention bad support.

That was not my experience at all. Support replied me in like 10 minutes and actually told me how to correct my configuration settings, so I can achieve what I need.

This is the most useful plugin I ever installed. I sure can recommend to install it to everybody.

Potential, but Poor Support
By , for WP 3.8.3

I want to be excited about this plugin, but after spending $149 I'm very disappointed. I've had nothing but issues with it. I use WordPress Multi-site for two domains. After setting up the plugin I discovered that any settings for one site overwrite all the settings for the other site. So, I can't have this set up to post to different social media pages for different blogs.

The paid plugin is supposed to come with premium support, but I opened a ticket 8 days ago and haven't heard back from anyone. I have also had issues with disappearing categories, double posting, posts containing photo captions without the photos. If you go to their support page you can see how many issues this plugin has, and that many others also complain that the support is non-existent.

I am now looking into the Jetpack Publicize plugin, which includes Google+ and is free. And, I'm also testing HootSuite, which seems very promising.

Does what it says...
By , for WP 3.9.1

Well, it does what it says - it posts to facebook and twitter. Unfortunately, the UX of the plugin is atrocious; the hover state popovers float behind the lightboxes, and hang off the bottom of the page, making it impossible to read their content. I'd really expect at least a bit better from a plugin with over 1,000,000 downloads. It just screams half-arsed and half finished.

Not working for Facebook and Twitter and you gotta pay for G+
By , for WP 3.9.1

I downloaded the plugin because I read it was compatible with G+ for free. Unfortunately you have to pay at least 49$
On the other hand it is not working with Facebook and Twitter due to recent changes of their policies.
I could not make it work at all.
For Facebook and Twitter you can use IFTT (https://ifttt.com/) it also has many bugs but it works fairly good with Facebook and Twitter, it is free, and you don't need to install anything on your wordpress.

Works but not all the time. Support is non-existent.

This is a very mixed bag. Their original product feature set (auto-posting new blog posts to various social media sites) is good and it still works well.

Then, after that, they added a feature to it which they announced with great fanfare, and which would have been very, very valuable...if it had worked. The feature was auto-reposting of OLD blog posts.

Unfortunately, the new feature did NOT work reliably and there were many, many requests for help, both in the form of help tickets on the company's site, and also on the support forum on the company's site.

Eventually, the company just quit responding to the help requests. That only made the users even more frustrated. Finally, after many, many weeks of this, the company "updated" the product, and removed the new feature from it.

It's probably still worth buying and using, but don't expect to have any sort of reliable support if you run into problems. That's why I gave it only a two-star rating, because their support was just awful during the ordeal of the new feature.
