I've given it a 4 stars because it is one that I got working easily.
You can really customise it the way you want it to look.
http://Learn2quitsmoking.com is one website I am using it on right now.
I've used a widget to show it only on the home page. It would be good if there was a feature to allow where to display it depending on where you are on the website.
Would have got a 5 star if the previous feature was available.
Perhaps in the new version.
