Business analysis and reporting for WooCommerce and WP eCommerce like never before.
I did the latest update (2.6) today hoping Smart Reporter for Woo Commerce would fix some bugs in the Free version only to find it crashes WordPress Dashboard. Just would not load. Website still worked but Woo Commerce Checkout went down. Couldn't restore using Updraft as I needed dashboard to work. End up getting Web Host to remove the plugin from the server. 4 hours later and everything is back to normal. Lost sales and High Blood Pressure. Not Happy.
as mentioned by others, just a pretty dress up of already useless WC reporting only causing to slow down your entire site.
don't even bother
I like the various break down numbers and once when I had a problem their support logged in to my site and fixed it for me. Brilliant.
Some of the queries don't utilize indexes so, if you have a large database, it'll unnecessarily scan all a huge number of rows.
Had to remove the plugin from my site.
Too bad, looks like it'd be a great plugin if it performed better.
As of version 2.3, Smart Reporter is nothing more than a dressed up version of the lame reporting functionality of WooCommerce itself. I am not sure why there this product is even necessary. It does not actually produce reports. Rather, it creates pretty dashboard graphs. Save your money.
Note to the developer: Create real reports that show information that is relevant AND exportable. Try details on where the products are purchased, sales tax information, variants, number of products sold, etc.
I purchase a multi-site license in August, 2012 for $97.
I have received nothing but excuses from the developer since then about my not being able to access the PRO version.
I have supplied valid credentials to him repeatedly and all I get in response is that "sorry, we have a new website" and that he needs admin access to a website running the plugin.
There is no way we are giving admin access to a secured ecommerce site to anyone for such a crazy reason as simply getting the uploadeable, update-able version of something we paid for.
