When I first installed Smart Manager, it wasn't working. None of my changes would save and the Batch Edit wasn't working. I contacted support and they replied immediately. I set up an account for them and they found the problem, which was on the back end and had nothing to do with Smart Manager, but they still worked on the problem and told me how to fix it. Now it's working flawlessly and it will save me tons of time updating my products. Smart Manager is definitely worth that money and the customer service is amazing. Thank you so much!

This plugin is worth every penny! I had a lot of trouble at first getting it set up but the Customer Service at Store Apps was superb! I sent them a message with my problems (my products wouldn't load in Smart Manager) and they said they would get right on it. I set them up an account on my website and they were in, checked it out, and the next day or two they had Smart Manager up and running at full speed! It is so handy for what I need to do on my website like bulk adding more attribute values to my products without going in to each one and changing one at a time. This plugin was well worth every second I spent getting it to work and every bit of money I spent. I do have to admit that I was really skeptical of spending that amount of money for a plugin but it turned out to be well worth it! I highly recommend this plugin to anyone that has a need on their woocommerce website. If it isn't quite what you thought it would be, ask for help, I'm sure the great customer service at Store Apps will be able to help you out! `Smart manager is not everything I asked for, however it is offering the best in the market and no plugin is offering more so far. But, what is even better is that I tried manager pro offered by their competition (Ignitewoo)- I hope they read my comment-to compare with, they both offer almost the same EXCEPT smart manage has few better features, AND smart manager team offer superior customer support, unlike IGNITEWOO (who I contacted several times but they don't reply). Smart manager refunded me immediately for not finding all what I am looking for in the app, But I repurchased their app because they provided the support and helped fix the issues I had with the plugin even after I received the refund.
I gave 5 stars more for their support and willingness to help. Smart manager might not work with some people it is installed, but that is due to for settings from the backend of the server, Storapps team helped configure the settings for me and made it work.'<em></em>
This is a must-get plugin for anyone with a serious e-commerce store on WordPress. I run a WooCommerce site with over 10,000 products, and this tool has been invaluable. It saves so much time, it is hard to imagine going back to life without it.
Beyond that, the support has been outstanding. Whenever I have had a question, the support always responds withing a day and has been very accommodating. In fact, not only was support responsive, but they listened to my suggestions for a new feature (toggle an attribute column), were willing to dialogue with me about how it might benefit other users, and eventually released a new version of the plugin with that feature. I have honestly never had such responsive and consistent support from any theme company, plugin company, or even hosting provider. Both Ratnakar and Tarun have provided great support.
I highly recommend the paid version of Smart Manager. If you compare the price to the value, you're getting WAY more than what you are paying for in just time savings alone.
The basic version is just that, rather basic, and only gives you the same information you can find elsewhere. But stump up the money for the Pro version and you can really get use out of it - the ability to change prices in bulk, by adding a percentage, or minus a set amount, etc. are extremely useful
My company has been using Smart Manager for several months and simply could not manage our 1800 products. They also provide prompt service when you have questions.
With a hundred products needing frequent updates of price change and regular customers, this plugin is a boon for us. Daily price updates takes just a couple of minutes now. We are able to batch print invoices with lightning speed. Most importantly, the plugin author helped us tweak the plugin to suit our requirements taking away the huge burden of making changes in hundreds of invoices.
We have over 6000 individual lines on our site and this has saved us huge amounts of time.
Batch update works flawlessly which is a massive time saver, if you need to change all of your prices on the entire site by a % or value, you can with a couple of clicks! We made an update to Tax class on all products in less than 3 minutes.
The CSV export tool actually works unlike some I have tried, all 6000 odd lines neatly exported in one attempt. No missing or corrupt data.
What would be great if they could include an import tool.
The interface is simple much like a spreadsheet which allows for faster editing, instead of click edit...load.....click in relevant box & make changes click update......save......
We had a little problem which was sorted out fast & effectively.
