A simple plugin that enables you to add share buttons to all of your posts and/or pages.
This is the best sharing plugin by far. The buttons are so pretty and customizable.
Just one request if you ever get the time to do it? Would be great to be able to change the counter size too, just a friendly suggestion, thanks
I tried several plugins before I found Simple Share Buttons, none of the others gave me what I wanted. This plug in is functional and easy to customize,it is simple to set up without having to create apps.
I would like to see a premium version, maybe with the ability to change size of icons and fine tune placement.I am very happy with this plugin, well deserved 5 stars!
An excellent plugin: simple and customizable. Thank you very much for your work Mr. David Neal.
Don't know what you could possibly want more out of this plugin. SO awesome!
What I like about this plugin. Comes with enough share link styles to match almost any theme. They'll build buttons to match the color scheme of your theme for a song. Share buttons keep me from having to do anal acrobatics to get different service buttons to align correctly.
Position where you want them, or where you don't want them. Top of page/post, bottom of page/post or both with a simple check box in the settings tab. Manuallly place the buttons around the page with a short code.
I don't always write reviews for plugins on WordPress.org. But when I do, it's for this plugin.
This is wonderful!
does exactly what is needed.
nothing more nothing less.
easy to install.
Simple, nice !
I've tried a ton of social plugins.
All of them either slowed down my site a lot, were ugly, or functioned poorly.
After trying so many, this is the one I'm sticking with.
Some suggestions for future improvements:
- make icons svg so icons are resolution independent and don't require extra images to load (more http requests) something along the lines of the stuff happening here: http://www.evan-herman.com/wp-svg-icons/
- option for a vertical floating bar
