Add a simple functionality to include a PHP file just like include(); from WordPress built-in Right Text Editor

I use it include complicated html pages out of dreamweaver right from the server, for ever repeating pre.- and suffixes, for content thats equal for all languages on a WPML-Site.
Just edit file in Dreamweaver and re-upload it to the library-folder (one click in dreamweaver)
The speed of pages with includes is higher than with pages in the Database.
Only backdraw: The WP search doesnt catch these includes - Google seach does.
