Uses the jQuery plugin ScrollTo by Ariel Flesler to smoothly scroll the user's browser to the top of the page when the user clicks the image.
may there will be conflict ba other plugins, theme-CSS or JS, but on fresh site it's working
It works perfectly, has great customization options, and it's super easy to install/use.
I recently launched a new WP 3.5 site and updated to 3.6.1. The old site is 3.2.1, so I was afraid it wouldn't work.
I tried a few other plugins that scroll to the top—they don't let me use my "favicon" image. This option rings my chimes!
So I tried it, and it works as well as ever. Thanks for a super plugin that adds a much-appreciated graphic touch.

Thanks for sharing your plugin, dwieeb! I had originally been misguided and realized that my posting on "one and done" when clicking was a mistake within my theme -- and not the first by this theme, which is why I'll probably switch to Catalyst.
I highly recommend this plugin if you want something flexible (you can have it in any area of your site -- just adjust your settings; simple! And it has a modernized look to it, being semi-transparent; you can use one of the semi-transparent images he provides, or you have an option to use your own.
Thanks again for your time in developing this and sharing it with the WP community!
