simple to use, but wants to "clean" css

Perhaps this is due to the fact that the plugin hasn't been touched in 2 years, but it attempts to clean out any cross-browser compatibility. Other than that, this plugin is simple, easy to use, and doesn't cause a lot of 'bloat'.
