Automatically resizes your images right in your browser, before uploading.
No more busting hosting quotas !
;) Recomendado. Recommended!
The only options I needed was shown on the screenshot, which was the ability to disable resizing for some images if needed. I was using another plugin, I took the trouble of removing it and installing this plugin, after which I realized that the option was removed, come on, please update the splash screen so more user dont waste their time.
Stops Gallery working in our blog.
Seems to only work on basic images, but prevents other great features working.
I just installed this on a new website where members (who don't know how to resize photos can upload) and it works beautifully.
It even works from my iPhone (with OS 6.1.3) even though the Description says it won't. I used the phone's Safari to access the site, made a New Post and Insert Media > Create Gallery. You have to upload existing iPhone photos one at at time and it's a little clumsy on the small screen -- but it works!
Thank you! Thank you!
should be the default uploader, even though it's not supported by all browsers.
the fallback to the normal uploader is possible.
majority of people can't resize their pictures, and nowadays cameras have huge megapixels.
resizing before upload is essential.
Makes uploading large photos super fast... saves bandwidth too!!
Dealing with customer sites, asking them to resizing images is almost impossible. They will inevitably upload a 12 mega pixel image straight from their digital camera, then call to ask why it loads so slow on their site... This installed and worked right out of the box and the user does not have to do anything additional when adding images to their site. Great plugin, thanks!
Works exactly as it should! A life-saver for clients with no idea about image resolutions and file sizes... this takes away the hassle of explaining this!
Great stuff and thanks so much!
This plugin is very essential if you build websites for your clients.
Previously, this plugin has some issues with Opera browser. The author fixed it. Now it is working perfectly on both Opera and Firefox.
