RECOMMENDED - Problems with media size setting resolved

I was a bit confused as to why the settings that I changed in Settings->Media didn't persist. It appears that thumbnails are created for an image when it's uploaded. So changing the settings for sizes will only work with newly uploaded images.

The solution Regenerate Thumbnails.

At first glance appears to work fine with WordPress 3.6.1

Would like to see WordPress add this functionality into the standard interface, a button that says "Regenerate Thumbnails" :)
