Alternative CSV Importer plugin. Simple and powerful, best for geeks.
This actually is a Really Simple CSV importer. It handles custom post types and custom taxonomies perfectly.
I recommend it for anyone needing to import events into my This Day In History plugin and supply an example CSV for Really Simple CSV importer.
It took me a bit to figure out how to integrate with ACF, but I got it and it took a lot less time that my failed attempts with other plugins. Wish I would have started here first! Nothing fancy, but it works and that's what mattered to me.
This plugin did a really efficient import from a file created from a non-WordPress database. It had custom fields and images (post_thumbnails) that imported perfectly.

Thanks for the plugin. Managed to import 10000 products with post thumbnails and lot of meta data.
tried a few - this worked

What a pleasure to see a plugin that
Thanks for this great plugin. Worked perfect, and i had several Advanced Custom Fields to.
1. A simple way to rerun the import and just update the posts without the need to enter post-id.
2. Some more complete examples how to construct an array that matches acf-import pattern. I saw that there was examples (none english) on this blog:
