Speed up your site (BIG time!) — Quick Cache provides reliable page caching for WordPress. Easy-to-use (very simple installation).
I had been messing around with W3 Total Cache trying to speed up my WordPress site. First Bytes were horrible with it though (normally between 3.5 to 4s) with W3TC installed. Deactivated that to try Quick Cache... and now, First Byte test come back 0.4 to 0.6s! Overall Load Time is also a little better, but the initial aspect is WAY better! Also, I'm hosting on the GoDaddy 4GH Network... so... nice. This was with their default settings btw... haven't tried playing with them yet beyond the standard.
I only hope this plugin continues to be supported. It would be a shame if this fell through the cracks. It is easy to set up, does not break anything and delivers pages incredibly fast. It is my go to plugin for website speed.
This plugin is simple to install and rocks big time. Kudos!
This is the best cache plugin so far. I love it.
and for simme sites too of course...
It's efficient and very simple to use.
Thank you !!!
Excellent plugin! Wrote about it http://surniaulula.com/2012/12/01/wordpress-caching-and-plugins-for-performance/.
Well i tried W3 - as i noticed my wordpress site was actually quite sluggish. W3 didnt really work, and configuration was confusing. So i tried Quick cache. Wow is all i can say! Its so simple to configure, and the speed diff is really incredible, pages fly up now :-) just remember to log out, close browser then reenter - just to make sure your properly logged out. Once your back in though the differences are very noticable. Very good stuff :-)
It speed up my site by at least 50%. I'm impress.
I tried Super Cache and W3 Total Cache (which ALMOST worked) and Quick cache was up and running in minutes without breaking anything at all. Fantastic page speeds. Thank you!!
Works great out of box especially with combination of zlib compression.
Still not caching some .js scripts need to find why & how.
