Adds userfriendly multilingual content management and translation support into WordPress.
I was using a previous version of qtranslate and everything worked fine. I updated to the newest version released few days ago and now I have a problem. I posted the problem on the Forum and I received no help. I can't understand they are developing a plugin and they don't even try to check what people say about it in order to fix errors. Good tool, disappointing development & support team.
I was lost in PolyLang and its rewrite rules going in loop.
Your plugin is better.
Thanks so so so so much.
I have my woocommerce shop and I installed qtranslate. It works great, and it's free.
Muy buen plugin, lo he usado en todo slo proyectos en que necesito traducciones.
Not working at all and in config version change not helping
Disappointing, because it looked so promising! Maybe some of these work-arounds posted would solve the issue of qTranslate not being updated. But frankly, I don't want to jeopardize my site for one plugin, and I don't want to spend a lot of extra time to make it work and most of all, I am not going to revert to an older Wordpres to accommodate a plugin! That makes no sense at all. So I'll continue to look for a multi-lingual plugin that works with the current WordPress.
Very easy to use and setup. It only took me a few moments to setup my choice of languages and they are immediately available in pages & posts.
I particularly like the way that the default language is copied through to other languages, so layout and non text content is already there. Just the text needs to be translated.
It would be quite nice to be able to change the permalinks for each language but overall excellent for plugin for smaller sites and blogs.
Looks like it's out of development… if you're running an old version of WP, it's awesome.
wordpress default widgets needs replacements. Also some big plugins can be compatible with qt
