It's quite simple really. Buy the Pushover app of your choice (iOS/Andriod/Both). Get your API Key. Install this plugin. Enter said API key, choose notifications of choice, voila!

Chris has done a superb job with this plugin, and all of its extensions.
I personally love getting push notifications to my phone for new signups, new purchases, daily stats, etc and would highly recommend this to anyone.
Chris also stands firmly behind his work and provides excellent support.
I used this along with the extension for Easy Digital Downloads and it works great to get sales notifications. I especially love the cha-ching cash register sound on my phone each sale. :)
