The #1 Print and PDF button for your WordPress site. Printer Friendly pages without coding, css, or print.css. Fast, easy, and professional.
Looked great for the 5 minutes it was on the site. Then I saw the ads.
I figured it was worth checking out how much this would cost me to remove the ads and I found out it's a monthly subscription. So basically another thing to bleed me dry. I don't mind people making money from their hard work but another monthly subscription? No thank you! I would pay a reasonable one-time fee, but that's not an option.
I didn't even bother testing it in other browsers so I don't know how well or badly it behaves. Found a different plugin, prints well and didn't bombard my site with ads.
I was impressed until I found the ads.
Had to uninstall.
This may work well for somebody who doesn't care if their site has third-party ads on it, but I absolutely can NOT use this for any of my clients' sites! And they're not tiny ads either, but giant! Very disappointing. Everything else worked perfectly. :(
shortcode doesn't even work
This plugin has A LOT of advertising ads when getting ready to print. Totally BS. Uninstalled immediately. Thanks for nothing. Sorry, but if I wanted to ad Google Adsense to my website I can do it on my own and gain a few pennies each month. This is very deceiving. Everyone, make sure to read the reviews about this plugin.
Nasty advertising, be aware! I was shocked then saw an advert my self - a four pictures of naked and fatty Asian guy stirring at me! DISGRACE!!!
I installed this plugin manually with a shortcode on 87 pages just to find out that it has ads build into it.
It says absolutely nothing about ads in the description and the ads weren't displaying in Chrome when I initially tested it (my bad for not checking out the module in IE and FF).
Then when the site came online, my client discovered that it displays ads when printing.
And what's worse is that it costs a monthly subscription to remove ads?
What exactly am I paying for? Just the removal of ads? Because when I created a thread about a problem I had, no one from their team responded and I initially had to work around it and create a whole new CSS from scratch.
Now I have to find a new print module and cuztomise that. All because the developers didn't mention anything about ads.
I don't mind paying developers for their work. But paying a subscription for something I initally customized myself without any respond from the team? Thats just not going to happen!
Deceiving plugin. Stay away if you wish an ad-free plugin or a one-time-fee solution.
I refuse to use plugins that choose to rely on code stored on the publishers site. This causes havoc if/when the plugin is no longer updated and thus forces a lifecycle on the plugin.
The images and all code could be stored local, like 99% of all the WordPress plugins, but this author chooses not to do this.
This also causes slowdowns and lack of functions when the plugin is used in a corporate environment, behind firewalls and proxy's which only allow specific access to the outside world, or in some case there is NO access.
It is not only in poor taste and design, not to mention the author can pull statistics on your site's users, as the external link happens every time the button is shown.
I have no problem with a one time fee...but a monthly recurring fee is greedy and against the mantra of the wordpress community.
I setup a monthly payment with this plugin - yes 5 dollars to print (are we in the stone age) - the payment agreement was that they would remove the ads on my site after payment. Well, I have paid and the ads are still there, so at this moment this plugin pay system is a scam. They are taking my money monthly and not providing the service they said they would. Beware Buyer, beware.
