The #1 Print and PDF button for your WordPress site. Printer Friendly pages without coding, css, or print.css. Fast, easy, and professional.
Era o plugin que eu estava precisando. A solução para imprimir postagens em sites no wordpress.
I installed this plugin manually with a shortcode on 87 pages just to find out that it has ads build into it.
It says absolutely nothing about ads in the description and the ads weren't displaying in Chrome when I initially tested it (my bad for not checking out the module in IE and FF).
Then when the site came online, my client discovered that it displays ads when printing.
And what's worse is that it costs a monthly subscription to remove ads?
What exactly am I paying for? Just the removal of ads? Because when I created a thread about a problem I had, no one from their team responded and I initially had to work around it and create a whole new CSS from scratch.
Now I have to find a new print module and cuztomise that. All because the developers didn't mention anything about ads.
I don't mind paying developers for their work. But paying a subscription for something I initally customized myself without any respond from the team? Thats just not going to happen!
Deceiving plugin. Stay away if you wish an ad-free plugin or a one-time-fee solution.
I LOVE PrintFriendly! I'm a blogger & I mostly blog about food/crafts. I looked all over for a great recipe plug-in but I ultimately settled for this plug-in. It has lots of options, it is easy for the reader to see but not obtrusive. They also can print with photos and such which is great to save ink. Highly recommend this plug-in!!!
Easy install. Great settings menu. Shows up where placed and does exactly what it says it does. Now my site viewers can print with ease. Thanks to these developers.
Just install, setup and ;)
HTML code is helpfull in custom posts/pages.
I refuse to use plugins that choose to rely on code stored on the publishers site. This causes havoc if/when the plugin is no longer updated and thus forces a lifecycle on the plugin.
The images and all code could be stored local, like 99% of all the WordPress plugins, but this author chooses not to do this.
This also causes slowdowns and lack of functions when the plugin is used in a corporate environment, behind firewalls and proxy's which only allow specific access to the outside world, or in some case there is NO access.
It is not only in poor taste and design, not to mention the author can pull statistics on your site's users, as the external link happens every time the button is shown.
I just installed this plugin on a WP 3.7.1 multi-site and it works like a charm. The print and pdf functionality is exactly what I wanted for some product pages. Good work on this plugin!
How about telling people that you put advertising on the print pages to people who use this. That is a totally unprofessional print process. Who would use it like that?
I would think at minimum you would state this on the home page of the plugin and say that in order to remove the adds, do this for this cost. But I installed the plugin and ran a test only to find out and I am now pissed! I looked around your plugin page figuring I missed something and found nothing, not any indication of such and not even a clear indication as to where to upgrade. I read other comments here from others about your recurring cost and decided to just uninstall and go for another option.
I have no problem with a one time fee...but a monthly recurring fee is greedy and against the mantra of the wordpress community.
