Plugin allows user to creat and add the popup contact forms easily on the website. That popup contact form let user to send the emails to site admin.
Sorry, its not working in my wp 3.5.1

It simply darkens the screen but the form is not visible. Using Firefox (updated). WordPress 3.5.1 (latest)
