Excellent Plugin for troubleshooting other Plugins

By being able to see when each plugin was last activated or deactivated, it can take a lot of time out of troubleshooting various problems that pop-up, especially when clients mess with their plugins but claim not to have. And as previously stated, it can help you figure out plugin conflicts much quicker.
Highly recommended!

Very useful with clients that mess their own websites.
It makes it easier to find the a new installed plugin by user that creates conflicts.
