Like the Text widget, but also allows working PHP code to be inserted.
Works great for me.
This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
As the author often points out, if the plugin doesn't seem to be working for you, it's user error. ;) Thank you, Otto!
A "PHP Code" widget is displayed on the widget panel, so you can drag it to a sidebar and enter the PHP code you need. Just what I needed.
Just remember the plugin doesn't change the standard text widget, but creates a new widget which will be visible in the Available Widgets admin panel.
Thanks for this !!! It works just fine !!!
This works great unless you need to specify the widget's class or ID, for example if you need to deliver a site with custom widgets to a client's server, and it will be unknown whether the automatically assigned class will be the same as what you coded for.
I use a couple of your plugins on all my websites. Always useful and always coded brilliantly.
No complaints - just works
The solution I was looking for to solve a problem.
