This plugin is a HUGE time saver! Allows you to easily override your theme CSS and make changes on the fly.

Just open the plugin settings page in one window and type your CSS and hit save, and then in another window have your wordpress site open and just refresh it to see the changes right away.

And even cooler is using Firebug add-on for Firefox... you can then make real-time live changes to your CSS on your wordpress site and when you like what you see just copy then changes over to PC Custom CSS and save and its done!
