Password Protect WordPress
This plugin password protects your wordpress blog with a single password.
Perfect way to deceive customers....give 0.01% free, but pay for 99.99%, another tin of snake oil.
Doesn't do anything useful unless you pay for it. This is really a demo for the Premium version more than it is a working plugin.
This plugin messed up my blog.
Even after I removed it, I would occasionally get the following error:
"You have been logged out.
The password you submitted was wrong.
Security Provided by Platinum Mirror LTD (programmer: Daniel Chatfield)
login / Password
Login"
I asked for support a week ago but to no avail. Plugin author is not responding and my blog is still messed up.
Until my issue has been resolved, I won't remove this review.
Think twice before using. There are many free, better alternatives out there.
Worked in the beginning but now I have to enter the password several times.
You have to pay for any useful features!
Misleading description. Most of the best features have to be paid for.

I've used this plug-in in the past and it was simple and effective. However, it no longer appears to save the password. The only way I can log in is to reset the password to the default value; using any other password, it just doesn't work.
