Just have to say I have had great luck with this plug-in... When I have had questions, the developer has been quick to respond and is seems to be open to future feature requests.

We used this on non-profit that so far has had 300 signups in under 24 hours and we haven't had any issues.

I would like to see a little more options on the security side - I believe you need to be an admin to download the CSV but it would be nice to allow the Editor level security to do so as well. Would also like to be able to have a system where you can send out an email update if they have been accepted. I think the latest changes allow you to customize your own way of doing that - I just haven't had time to play with it.

We are using this plugin for a staff directory, and is extremely easy to use once setup. The plugin author fixed an issue with the photo portion and is now running smoothly. I would highly recommend this plugin!

I had honestly skipped over it a few times, but when I really read it, then tried it, I am SO grateful.
Can use it for so many things without having to try and work validation and who gets to see what, its all there..

This perfectly suits our needs for an alumni database, for which the alumni can edit and submit their own information. Great plugin! The developer was also extremely responsive and helpful as we got it up and working. Great work, xn*au.

Our company has three WP sites and this one needed to register new members to our organization. It was truly a challenge to find a solution. Form plug-ins wouldn't work, we needed to have access to the records to change them or add information and the form plugins simply couldn't do this.

We also wanted the ability to offer visitors the opportunity to search for one of our members, again the others couldn't do this either. Participants Database was the only solution I could find. I was able to set up our nice registration form which you can see at: http://internationalpress.org/member-registration

Our member search is now set up at: http://internationalpress.org/membership-list

and when you do a search you can now see the information we want to show on our details page. Try it to see how it displays.

I can tell you I had some problems in setting up the Members Details page because I don't know a thing about PHP so it was a bit confusing. Fortunately for me, Roland in their support team went out of his way to help me get it right.

I am extremely pleased with this plug-in and advise anyone looking for this type of solution install it.
