This plugin looks like exactly what myself and I suspect, plenty of others need. Unfortunately support for this is non-existent. I initially raised a simple support request with OneAll (as I thought that's where the fault lay), and after no reply for two weeks, raised the same query on the plugin page. One week later, and still no response from either. Very poor.
IMO there is nothing wrong with being a paid service but you should say it in the description. It is true that the current limit of 2500 users will be enough for small sites, but will not be enough for any site which wants to gain users, and the next tier is relatively expensive 8$ a month.
The advantages of a unified widget are just not big enough to offset the price and the reliance on a third party service.
It's a Sunday afternoon here in the UK, but the hostname for the API doesn't resolve. While I've no doubt that the authors will fix this rather massive issue, it hasn't done a lot for my confidence in deciding to pay for this service.
Donæt like to register somewhere esle like oneall.com
To use this I'm forced to register on their website, then add my website in their website settings. their website said my domain name is not valid, so can't use this...
Others already mentioned this and I already added to those topics, but apparently I MUST write something to give this plugin a rating. Thank WordPress.org for that.
Requires registration on their site. It should be in plugin description
If that was written in the description or installation instructions, I would not even download:
To be able to use this plugin you first of all need to create a free account at https://app.oneall.com/signup/ and setup a Site
So, you trust the availability of your site and your credentials to a 3rd party. Regardless of the quality of their service, this has to be known upfront.
So I signed up for this plugin during beta, went to a paying account and today got this big red notice on the front page of my site that it was disabled because my bill was past due.
Hah! My invoice is due on 3/23/2013...ten days from now. I always pay it on the 20th of the month when I pay my other hosting bills. One of the things I have learned is to keep a separate bank account and debit card for my hosting and site expenses, and to put just enough money in once a month to pay the bills. I hate auto billing because I like to know what I am paying.
So now, these folks are auto billing me and automatically shutting off my services (which they did not do in the past)ten days before due date on invoice?
There is not one single place on the oneall site to cancel an account, and this is exactly why I don't mingle hosting and service fees on my regular debit and credit cards. Amazing. My cc processor and bank require detailed contact info and how to cancel an account in the terms of service.
You Suck Oneall...
