Cant contact OneAll

I subscribe to OneAll on 5 August 2014. I set up API and it worked well with social login, but OneAll slowed my website down so badly that i have to delete the plugin. My website speed was 96 and it went down to 62 after OneAll installation. I deleted the plugin from my web admin, the server still keep api.oneall which still slows my site down badly.

So i deleted my account in OneAll and sent a letter to OneAll via contact page to cancel my account but it has been over 10 days, i have not gotten any reply back from them.

I am still finding a way to contact them so i checked the receipt but the invoice from OneAll, did not include their email or phone number of their company. How could you trust a company that not reveal their contact information to paying customers. Now i don't know how to contact them any more since they don't reply my message via the contact page. There is no way i could contact them except writing here.

I cant do anything even if they keep charging me monthly payment.

I agree with the other reviewers here. I am OK with paid services having plugins, but that needs to be clearly stated in the description AND on the website. I'd much prefer to pay for a one-time plugin that does the same thing without relying on a third party or limiting the number of users.

for now, it is a one. why?

1 - Why for a simple login, I need to create a facebook application on my own?

2 - User limit should be clear in the fron page of this plugin

3 - What data are you keeping in your databases? These should be clear to everyone? comments? just logins attempts?

Spam Magnet - User Beware

Folks,

I'm not accustomed to writing negative reviews but this time, I'm making an exception.

I downloaded and installed this plugin this morning on my website, a site that has not had any problems that AKISMET could not handle.

After registering for an account, setting up the plugin which was rather easy, I began exploring the developers website.

I notice there that there were foreign links such as mail.ru that could not be unchecked.

Going back to my site, in the space of 45 minutes, I had 495 spams caught in my AKISMET bucket. These were comment spam spread over the entire site which has been in operation for 8 years. I deleted the spam and not 15 minutes later, I was hit with another batch, which of course, AKISMET caught.

At that point, I attempted to close the account on oneall, and of course, there is no way to do that. So I ended up removing the API keys from the install and deleting the plugin.

Now I'm looking at my db wondering if something may have been planted there.

Major waste of time

They way I see it, OneAll owes me for an hour and a half of my time. I installed this plugin, set it up on my site and on theirs including all the APIs on all the social networks - and it never worked.

Then, a few days later while on their site my social network settings were all gone. All that time I spent setting all that up was a complete waste.

Maybe their intent is to have you invest your time so you have to buy their product. But I tell you, I want nothing to do with them now. I wouldn't use it if they paid me.

Why account on oneall.com

I was really impressed with the description. But why does it ask me to open an account in oneall.com ? No matter how good oneall.com is, * if the site (oneall.com) is down or hacked or gone out of business my site/business will be impacted. If I am serious, I can not certainly use aplugin like this.

Zero response to support requests

This plugin looks like exactly what myself and I suspect, plenty of others need. Unfortunately support for this is non-existent. I initially raised a simple support request with OneAll (as I thought that's where the fault lay), and after no reply for two weeks, raised the same query on the plugin page. One week later, and still no response from either. Very poor.

it is a paid service

IMO there is nothing wrong with being a paid service but you should say it in the description. It is true that the current limit of 2500 users will be enough for small sites, but will not be enough for any site which wants to gain users, and the next tier is relatively expensive 8$ a month.

The advantages of a unified widget are just not big enough to offset the price and the reliance on a third party service.
