The plugin slows website delivery.
My biggest grief is that the company feels like a one-person show and I got zero support with respect to revenue share for advertising.
Their online account management is amateur.
I had the plugin running for 2 days and on 3 separate occasions it wasn't working because they were having server problems. I tried to post on the forum with no response. Emailed 24 hours ago and no response. The blogroll feature never worked. I'm going back to YARPP.
The reindexing thing did not work. The button just does not respond. Also, some of the thumbnails not being displayed properly
The plugin stopped working without apparent reason. The support doesn't work.
nrelate comes with a service from their side that crawls your entire site and analyze all the content. So, it depends on this service to make this work.
Not a transparent method indeed.
