This plugin requires you to use the mygeolocation.com website. May be a privacy concern. The "Geo Tag" plugin does just about everything this one does without handing your data over to anybody else.
This plugin was the ONLY one that worked at once without flaws and no need to get a Google API.
With this code I can place it on my pages wherever I want:
